These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the User's access to and use of the CarryLane website, platform, products, services, tools, features and related content, collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

By accessing, registering for or using CarryLane, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must not access or use the Platform.

Contents23 sections

1. General information

CarryLane is a digital platform providing access to automated cryptocurrency trading tools, investment features, internal rewards systems, referral mechanisms and related account services.

The Platform is designed to simplify access to automated trading technology. CarryLane does not, however, provide personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or other regulated advisory services.

All decisions made through the Platform are made by the User at their own discretion and risk.

2. User eligibility

To use CarryLane, the User must:

  • be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction

3. Account registration

The User may be required to create an account to access certain Platform features.

The User agrees to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform.

The User is responsible for:

  • keeping login credentials confidential

  • selection of an investment strategy
  • wallet and transaction tools
  • a personal dashboard and account analytics
  • referral and partner programmes
  • internal rewards systems
  • promotional, loyalty or activity-based reward mechanisms
  • educational and informational materials.

CarryLane may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

5. Automated trading and investment risks

The User acknowledges and agrees that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and involve significant financial risk.

Automated trading tools may execute strategies using algorithms, market data, internal logic or third-party integrations. Automated systems do not eliminate risk or guarantee profit.

By using CarryLane, the User understands and accepts that:

  • market prices may change quickly and unpredictably
  • trading results may vary
  • past results do not indicate future results
  • profit is not guaranteed
  • the User may lose some or all funds allocated to trading or investment activity
  • technical delays, market disruption, liquidity problems or third-party failures may affect results.

The User uses all automated trading features entirely at their own risk.

6. No financial advice

All information provided on the Platform is general, informational and educational only.

Nothing on CarryLane should be interpreted as:

  • financial advice
  • investment advice
  • trading advice
  • legal advice
  • tax advice
  • a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or invest in a digital asset.

The User alone is responsible for assessing whether a service, strategy or transaction suits their financial position, objectives and risk tolerance.

The User should consult independent professional advisers before making financial decisions.

7. Deposits, withdrawals and transactions

Users may be able to deposit, transfer or withdraw digital assets using supported payment methods, wallets or networks.

The User acknowledges that:

  • blockchain transactions may be irreversible
  • network, processing or third-party fees may apply
  • processing time may vary with network conditions, security checks or internal review
  • withdrawals may be delayed by AML, compliance, security or technical procedures
  • CarryLane may request further verification before processing certain transactions.

The User is responsible for ensuring that wallet addresses, networks and transaction details are accurate before confirming a transfer.

CarryLane is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported networks, User error, blockchain failures or third-party service outages.

8. Fees

CarryLane may charge fees for particular services, including without limitation:

  • use of the Platform
  • trading operations
  • withdrawals
  • network processing
  • service activation
  • premium features
  • internal system functions.

Applicable fees are displayed in the relevant sections of the Platform.

The fee for withdrawal to an external address depends on the investor rank held when the request is submitted: from 3% of the requested amount at the entry-level Spot rank to 0% at CarryLane Prime. The applicable rate, deducted fee and amount to be received are shown before the withdrawal is confirmed.

CarryLane reserves the right to update fees at any time. Continued use of the Platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

9. Identity verification, KYC and AML compliance

CarryLane may at any time require identity verification, account verification, a source-of-funds check or additional documentation.

The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information on request.

CarryLane reserves the right to:

  • delay, restrict or reject transactions
  • suspend withdrawals
  • restrict account functionality
  • freeze or close accounts
  • report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

These measures may be taken for anti-money-laundering purposes, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, security checks or regulatory obligations.

10. Security measures

CarryLane may provide security features such as:

  • two-factor authentication
  • a withdrawal-address whitelist
  • a payment password
  • device and activity monitoring
  • login alerts
  • manual or automated transaction review.

The User is responsible for enabling and maintaining available security features where applicable.

CarryLane applies reasonable security measures, but no system can guarantee complete security. The User acknowledges that digital platforms, crypto assets and online accounts may be exposed to cyber risks.

Referral rewards may depend on:

  • partner level
  • network depth
  • User activity
  • investment volume

  • rank status
  • programme rules
  • promotional terms.

CarryLane may change referral rates, ranks, bonus structures, eligibility requirements, turnover calculations and reward terms at any time.

Referral rewards may be withheld, cancelled or invalidated if CarryLane determines that activity is fraudulent, abusive, artificial, self-referred, misleading or otherwise breaches these Terms.

  • payment-processing services
  • market-data providers
  • exchange APIs

CarryLane is not responsible for the operation, accuracy, availability, security or actions of third-party services.

The User's use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
