From an idea to global expansion
The idea
The goal: make market carry premiums available to every investor, not only professional traders. At the time it was a hypothesis, but one grounded in a real market mechanism: funding, basis and option premiums are paid day after day, regardless of who is on the other side of the trade.
Where it all began.
Prototype
A platform prototype, investor dashboard and accounting layer. For the first time, the mechanics came together in one product where an investor could see the strategy, term and result.
The link between a market event and a specific account entry became the foundation of the platform.
Closed tests
Closed strategy runs using the team’s own capital. Each structure was tested with our funds before the first investor could access it.
No contract was offered beyond the team before its viability had been tested in live markets.
Registration
Official company registration.
The project moved from an idea to an operating business with obligations and documentation.
Launch
Public launch of CarryLane Strategy and Carry Option.
