Checks to complete before withdrawing funds

Balance, network, address, safety holds and confirmation codes: review the route before submitting a transfer.

Checks of the asset, network and address before a withdrawal
01

Separate available funds from committed funds

Start with the available balance of the chosen asset, not the total portfolio value. Principal in an active contract is committed until maturity; profit recorded but not yet released is not withdrawable simply because it appears in activity.

The minimum withdrawal is $25 equivalent. Before confirming, check the amount after the fee for your investor rank and make sure the available balance covers the full request.

02

Match asset, network and address

USDT uses BEP-20, BTC uses Bitcoin and ETH uses Ethereum. Even a familiar-looking address is unsafe on the wrong network. Copy the destination from your own wallet and compare the beginning and end of the string.

The address must be verified on your whitelist. A newly confirmed address has a 24-hour wait; if you recently changed a PIN, password or another sensitive setting, also check whether a separate account-wide hold is still active.

03

Have every confirmation ready

The request needs a withdrawal PIN and a one-time emailed code; enabled 2FA also requires an authenticator code. The email code lasts 10 minutes, works once and is linked to a specific amount and address. If you change those details, request a new code.

Do not share codes with anyone, even someone who knows your ID or withdrawal amount. The real confirmation happens inside the dashboard, not in a chat or a call from someone claiming to be an employee.

04

Follow the status after submission

After confirmation, the system checks account rules, balance and limits again. Eligible requests can follow an automated route; dispatch timing depends on asset, network and current limits. The dashboard status shows the stage of the operation.

Once the transfer is broadcast, keep its transaction ID and check confirmations in a block explorer. If the status does not progress as expected, contact support with the operation ID, asset and network, but never your PIN or one-time codes.
